What happens after I subscribe?
You will receive a personalized welcome email and a link to your Monday.com dashboard and you are immediately ready to put as many design tasks as you want on your "To Do List" dashboard. Results are delivered in 1-5 business days (depends on complexity) for each task without code.
How can I request designs?
You can request designs exclusively through your monday.com workspace.
How does it work one task at a time?
Once you have listed your tasks, just assign a priority to your preferred task in the "Status" section. We design, plan your task and automatically notify you when it's ready. Once it's finished you can provide feedback for review or approve and request a new task while we move on to the next one.
When will I be charged?
All payments are made based on the billing cycle selected: 30 days or 12 months. You will be charged in advance for the next period's subscription plan when the subscription starts.
What payment methods do you offer?
Payment with Stripe, Paypal or direct bank transfer.

Can I request a refund?
We do not offer a refund on any paid subscription plan. However, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the next payment cycle.
What if I don't like the design?
Don't worry! We will keep revising the design until you are 100% satisfied.
How many tasks can I queue?
Unlimited tasks! You can add as many design requests to the queue as you want, and they will be delivered one by one.
